Mr. Mancino represents clients in complex civil, criminal and insurance defense litigation, including white-collar criminal defense as well as civil rights cases against public entities. In addition, Mr. Mancino represents small to medium size companies with their transactional and litigation needs, including commercial leases and asset purchase agreements.

Mr. Mancino has successfully represented individual clients in improbable cases, obtaining a not-guilty verdict in a high profile murder case wherein he successfully represented Daniel Hines who was accused raping and murdering 11-year old Shakira Johnson on Cleveland's East Side. The trial in this case lasted almost six weeks wherein approximately 90 witnesses were called on behalf of the State and the defense. NOT GUILTY. JURY ACQUITS HANDYMAN IN SHAKIRA MURDER TRIAL.

Mr. Mancino eventually tried two other cases on behalf of Mr. Hines and helped him walk free from jail after 20 straight months of incarceration. HINES GOES FREE AFTER ACQUITTAL IN RAPE CASE.

In addition, Mr. Mancino has successfully represented individuals in securities lawsuits brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); and successfully represented companies investigated by the United States Attorney's Office of Public Corruption, thwarting a criminal indictment from being filed against the client. 

Mr. Mancino has conducted dozens of jury trials in both civil and criminal cases throughout the State of Ohio, including counties such as Richland, Lucas, Ottawa, Erie, Lorain, Medina, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage, Lake, Geauga, Mahoning.

Mr. Mancino is also on brief to the United States Supreme Court  in a case that has defined Federal Appellate Practice and Procedure for Practitioners throughout the county.

Mr. Mancino has an active appellate practice, having argued and won cases before the Ohio Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and Eleventh District Court of Appeals.
