John Swansinger is one of the three founding members of Ritzler, Coughlin & Swansinger, Ltd.  John has served as managing director and chairman of the firm's business practice since the inception of the firm.    He began his professional career in accounting and finance with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.  After graduating near the top of his class at the University of Akron School of Law, John joined a large Cleveland law firm where he spent several years focusing his practice on complex business litigation.   From those experiences   John's practice has evolved.   Now, he frequently plays an important role as counsel to several private businesses to which he provides legal representation ranging from board room advocacy to bare knuckles litigation and everything in between.   John has identified the firm philosophy as follows:
